VALENTINE’S DAY CONTEST

For some people, Valentine’s Day is a celebration of love, family & friendship. For others, it is a transitional period of time when they are going through a divorce.

The Bald Divorce Lawyer is giving away one free divorce for Valentine’s Day 2022!

Contest Rules below:

1. The contest winner will be chosen based on the most compelling story. The intent of the contest is to help one spouse that needs to get divorced but due to various circumstances has been unable to do so. Also, must be a new client.

2. Must be a current resident of Onondaga or Madison County and for at least the last year.

3. Must be an uncontested divorce – meaning that both you and your spouse want to get a divorce and are in agreement to the following items below and that there will be no trial. The following items are: (a) Legal Grounds (b) Custody (c) Child Support (d) Spousal Support (e) Equitable Distribution

4. The contest winner must agree to the terms of the matrimonial retainer agreement with Underwood Law Firm, P.C., before commencement of any legal work. We are only able to represent one spouse and not both. The other spouse must be willing to agree to the divorce and related divorce terms.

5. The contest winner must pay all related filing fees. Typical filing fees for a divorce are $370.00.

6. Deadline for contest submission is February 15, 2022 at 11:59 P.M., E.S.T.

7. The contest has an estimated value between ($2,500.00 – $3,500.00).

8. The contest winner authorizes Underwood Law Firm, P.C. to publicize them in any future press releases.

9. The contest winner, if any, will be selected by Underwood Law Firm, P.C., at it’s sole discretion. Additional terms may apply. Contest rules are subject to change without further notice.
